1. The use of wire rope and snap ring, according to the factory specification, the wire rope without specification shall be qualified before the tensile strength test.
2. Select the wire rope and the snap ring according to the weight of the lifting object. It should be calculated before use.
3. When the top and long working objects are raised, they should alternately rise and fall at both ends, that is, the one end is solid and the two sides are supported firmly, and then rise and fall at the other end. It is forbidden to rise and fall at both ends at the same time to prevent accidents caused by overturning the work.
4. The installation of the winch should be firm and stable, the direction is correct, and it conforms to the design. If the bottom is bolted or welded, the bolts should be tightened on the top, and the quality of the welding should be good. When the hoist is fixed by means of ridges, etc., the tensile force of the ridges should be in accordance with the specified safety factor, and the straps should be securely fastened and straight. The requirements of the "Safety Operation Rules for Windlass" must be strictly implemented during use.
5. When lifting the object, increase the object by 10~20cm, suspend lifting, check the pulley, whether the wire rope is stuffed, jump, etc., and confirm that there is no abnormality before continuing to lift.
6. When the steel wire rope is braided into a rope sleeve, the length of the braided part shall not be less than 1.5 times the diameter of the rope and shall not be shorter than 30cm. When connecting with the rope card, the clamps matching the diameter of the steel rope must be selected, the number of the clamps and the separation distance. It should be used according to the different wire rope diameters.
7. The wire breakage standard and wear of the wire rope shall comply with the specified requirements. When lifting heavy structures or major components, new wire ropes should be used.
8. The wire rope is forbidden to touch the charged metal (including wires and welding tongs) to prevent electric shock.
